Initially an installation mechanic, he progressed to the role of field supervisor, which eventually led to the start of his own company, today’s Carter Mechanical, Inc. Always the "hands on" owner, Andrew Carter is constantly visible in the field, interacting with his customers and his mechanics on a day-to-day basis. The field mechanics and administration staff consist of an average of 30 full-time employees, with additional seasonal and part-time employees to fit project needs.
