For example, when T & D Excavating installs utilities, they take care of every detail from start to finish: calling municipalities for proper installation specs, setting up water & sewer inspection appointments, ordering gas kits and tie-ins, doing proper PA One Call notification, and then going to the jobsite as scheduled & doing the installation (trenching, obtaining all materials needed, laying pipe, hookup and backfill) taking care to follow the specs as laid out by the municipality - all for a rate per foot price.
