Joseph's father, Bart, started Bart Emanuel Plumbing in 1975. Even then Mr. Emanuel focused on superior craftsmanship and attention to detail just as much as he focused on customer service. When his son, Joseph. started working with him in 1990, Mr. Emanuel instilled the same work ethic, knowledge of the craft and importance of customer satisfaction in his son.
